SCOPE: Master planning + Architecture + Interiors + Landscape
The Al Bandar Development in Al Mawaleh features Residential Block 06 with 86 units, including villas and townhouses. Designed for the Ministry of Defense Pension Fund, the project includes a community center, parks, and landscaped streets in a flat, 2-story urban setting. The design emphasizes spacious public areas and outdoor amenities for community engagement.

A strategic turning point for CID Gulf
We are proud to announce that CID Gulf has officially signed an agreement with Mawarid Turbines (a subsidiary of OQ) as the Design Consultant for Oman’s first wind turbine manufacturing plant, located in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm.
This project represents a cornerstone in the Sultanate’s move toward clean energy, local industrialization, and long-term sustainability.
We are honored to contribute to this national initiative alongside key government and private sector stakeholders.

SCOPE: Engineering
A large residential development consisting of over 2,900 homes and several shops, spread across blocks such as “Les Figuiers” (Ilot 12), “Les Oliviers” (Ilot 13), and “The Vines” (Ilot 9). CID’s role in the project focused on providing engineering services in collaboration with architects, as well as supervising the construction process. Their expertise ensured the successful integration of engineering solutions with the architectural vision, contributing to the project’s overall quality and execution
