SCOPE: Marine Engineering + Infrastructure + Supervision
The Sustainable City Yiti project in Oman is an
innovative eco-friendly development aimed at
creating a self-sustaining community. CID Gulf’s
contribution includes pre-tender design support, addressing design gaps, evaluating risks,
and overseeing the design and supervision of
marine works, coastal, and wadi protections.
Their role ensures that the project meets international standards for sustainability and environmental management, contributing to the
creation of a modern, green urban space.

SCOPE: Infrastructure + Engineering
The Madinat Al-Irfan project in Muscat, Oman,
involves creating a new residential district and
Wadi Park. CID Gulf is responsible for engineering design, construction supervision, and
infrastructure integration, ensuring the project
meets high standards of quality and sustainability, in collaboration with Kettle Collective.
The
project is set to become a key urban development, aligning with Oman’s vision for sustainable and modern urban living.

Qurum Villa, Muscat

The private villa project in Qurum, Oman, involves developing a luxury four-level residence
on a 1,755 sqm plot with a Gross Floor Area
of 600-650 sqm. The design includes seven
bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious
parking, and an outdoor garden.
CID-Gulf’s
contribution includes providing architectural,
structural, and MEP design, coordinating with
specialist interior designers, and managing the
necessary permits and tender documentation,
ensuring the villa meets high standards of luxury and functionality

Muscat Precast, a concrete precast factory.
Our team developed detailed drawings and

The Al Bandar Development in Al Mawaleh
features Residential Block 06 with 86 units, including villas and townhouses. Designed for the
Ministry of Defense Pension Fund, the project
includes a community center, parks, and landscaped streets in a flat, 2-story urban setting.
The design emphasizes spacious public areas
and outdoor amenities for community engagement.

The Hair Salon Interior Design project for a

minimalism, industrial accents, and biophilic

organic products and services, creating an inviting and upscale environment ideal for high-end clientele.

TAMESNA Housing development - Rabat

SCOPE: Engineering
A large residential development consisting of
over 2,900 homes and several shops, spread
across blocks such as “Les Figuiers” (Ilot 12),
“Les Oliviers” (Ilot 13), and “The Vines” (Ilot 9).
CID’s role in the project focused on providing
engineering services in collaboration with architects, as well as supervising the construction
process.
