SCOPE: Marine Engineering + Infrastructure + Supervision
The Sustainable City Yiti project in Oman is an innovative eco-friendly development aimed at creating a self-sustaining community. CID Gulf’s contribution includes pre-tender design support, addressing design gaps, evaluating risks, and overseeing the design and supervision of marine works, coastal, and wadi protections. Their role ensures that the project meets international standards for sustainability and environmental management, contributing to the creation of a modern, green urban space.

SCOPE: Infrastructure + Engineering
The Madinat Al-Irfan project in Muscat, Oman, involves creating a new residential district and Wadi Park. CID Gulf is responsible for engineering design, construction supervision, and infrastructure integration, ensuring the project meets high standards of quality and sustainability, in collaboration with Kettle Collective. The project is set to become a key urban development, aligning with Oman’s vision for sustainable and modern urban living.
CLIENT: JW Marriott Repair Works / Douglas OHI LLC
SCOPE: Advisory Solutions
CID Gulf was engaged to provide seconded structural design coordination support to Douglas OHI for the repair works of the JW Marriott hotel project. As the contractor required an experienced structural engineer to manage ongoing design coordination during complex refurbishment stages, CID Gulf deployed senior technical staff directly into the contractor’s site team.
